The Woodlands Waterway is the epicenter of the The Township’s center, spilling into Lake Woodlands and connecting all the attractions along its path.
You can step outside the Westin to walk along the paths, take in the art installations or visit the numerous dining spots along the way.
On the historic streets of Old Town Spring, you’ll find fun, whimsical shops, cozy restaurants, and curious hide-a-ways just waiting to be discovered. Also, around the holidays are the shops and restaurants are decked out with lights and plenty of holiday cheer.

Luke and I discovered the Saint Francis Wolf Sanctuary by accident when we were taking a trip to pick out our table linens. It's a little drive from The Woodlands, but it was awesome to see and learn about the sanctuary and their current residents.

Houston, we have a problem!
Space Center Houston is the official visitor center for NASA's Johnson Space Center (JSC) and is a public museum and learning center. While it's a bit of a haul from The Wooldands area, it is the #1 visitor destination in Houston and fun for kiddos and grown ups.
It is recommended to purchase tickets online before heading all the way to Space City.
Approximately 58 miles from the Westin and the drive could take you 1.5 hours with traffic.
